For centuries our ancestors have used minerals and their powers for rituals, healing, and medicine. They have adorned the breastplates of the Pharaohs, cured the sick of illness, protected warriors in battle, healed emotional wounds of lovers, and they have been used as gateways to etheric realms. You can trace their powers through history in the many fascinating legends and lores.

Today we use minerals as tools in our modern life in very similar ways. They can help calm our nervous system, ground our body, open our heart, strengthen our intuition, bring us and our home protection, and realign our energies so we can be our most expanded, embodied and vibrant selves.

We know that everything is made of energy. There are energies we can see, and some that we can’t. Minerals work on an energetic level. Everything in our world carries a certain vibration, and when two of the same vibrations encounter each other, they resonate. This principle of resonance underlies how minerals work. When we come into contact with a certain mineral that has a vibration matching a vibration in our own body, these two energies resonate. Because minerals have a fixed atomical crystal structure it ensures that their vibration never changes. Conversely, our bodies are partly made of liquid crystalline atomical structures, offering us flexibility as organic, living beings. This allows for our cellular structure to change and shift. When we encounter a mineral that resonates on a vibrational level with our body, it has the power to realign and raise our dulled vibration back into its highest functioning state.

Minerals function like a tuning fork for our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies. They aren’t giving us anything we don’t already have — they are merely helping us as energetic beings to vibrate to our highest, most divine and perfect selves.
